Target's selection of cutting boards was pretty good; they had fancy bamboo ones, (made in China) and some regular NSF plastic ones, (also made in China.)  There was only one cutting board Made in USA.  The DeXas company makes groovy plastic boards that look like a 1960's countertop.  There were ivory ones with gold sparkles and black ones with gold sparkles.  Very cool.  I got the black one.  When I see, "FOOD SAFE" on a product Made in USA, it's a good thing.
