Baking Pan
NEXT
Brand: WearEver, "Air Bake"
Purchased: September 2007
Location: Target store
Made in Mexico
I
went to a Target store and looked at what they had. Most were
thin steel with a "nonstick" coating, made in China. Personally,
I don't really trust the Chinese plastics industry. If China has
an equivalent to the FDA, I have yet to hear about it, so their "nonstick" coating is suspect. At
the Target store there were no baking pans saying, "Made In USA," however, this
one was made in Mexico. It looks alright, and I'm sure my
snickerdoodles won't care.

What's the deal with Mexico?
Here
is my justification: Give jobs to nice folks in Mexico, because
they can build up their economy. When the Mexican economy is
good, people won't have to risk their lives hiking through the desert
in order to sneak across the border. Think about it: Why do
people sneak across the border? No jobs. Instead of
building a bigger wall in the USA, why don't we build a better economy
in Mexico? Seems more neighborly that way. :) Come on
everyone, bake a cookie.
